On the morning of December 11, SSPU conference of giving award to 2007 excellent part-time filer、informant、secretary was held at room 201 of Library (Network Information Center). SSPU vice-president Hu Sheng attended the meeting and made a speech in it. There are more than 40 part-time filers、informants and secretaries from each school and department attended the meeting.

 

    Vice-director of General Archives Office, Mr. Xu Fang made a speech in the meeting. Mr. Xu Fang summarized 2007 archives work and proposed 2008 work conceives. Vice-director of president’s office, Ms. Yin Gelan introduced 2007 information and secretarial work. Afterwards Mr. Gao Erjian, Mr. Wang Liqiang, Mr. Li Yimin, etc advanced individuals also made a speech respectively.

 

    Vice-president Hu Sheng expressed his thanks to the filers、informants and secretaries for their support and efforts. He confirmed their contributions and achievements and also put forward the further expectations for their work. Afterwards, he declared the list of advanced individuals and awarded certificates and trophies to them.
