On June 3 2008, the graduate ceremony of Ministry of Commerce "African officials' Urban Construction and Plan Management Seminar" was solemnly held at room 201 in SSPU Library. Assistant section chief Shang Xiaohui from Shanghai Foreign Economic Relation & Trade Commission、deputy secretary-general Hu Xiaonan from Shanghai Association of International Economic & Technological Cooperation、deputy manager Tian Jun from Shanghai Foreign Trade Co., LTD、 SSPU president Hu Shougen、vice-president Hu Sheng and so on attended the ceremony.

 

    The ceremony was presided over by deputy general-manager Huang Peijun. Assistant section chief Shang Xiaohui、SSPU president Hu Shougen and deputy manager Tian Jun delivered speeches respectively. Monitor of the seminar,BILAN YAYE from Niger also made a speech on the ceremony.

 

    Afterwards, assistant section chief Shang Xiaohui、SSPU president Hu Shougen and deputy manager Tian Jun distributed certificate, gift and trophy to the officials one by one. The representatives of African officials also presented gifts to Ministry of Commerce, Foreign Trade Group, SSPU and all the volunteers.

 

    After the ceremony, the Foreign Trade Group held a farewell dinner to the African officials. The African officials will return to their own countries from today one after another.
