| Vice-secretary Li Shiping and his party visited Queensland Institute of TAFE in Australia
In order to further strengthen Sino-foreign cooperation education,
vice-secretary Li Shiping and his party visited Queensland Institute of
TAFE and South Bank Institute of Technology in Australia on April 16.
During the stay in Australia, the delegation was warmly welcomed by the
deans and the management officers of the two institutes. The delegation
thoroughly investigated the education, on-hands training, student
management and understood in detail the special features and development
plans of the two institutes. The delegation also had exchange meetings
with the two institutes respectively. Vice-secretary Li Shiping discussed
several issues with the leaders from the two institutes such as
cooperation items between SSPU and the two institutes.
Queensland Institute of TAFE and South Bank Institute of Technology
(Original Queensland South Bank Institute of TAFE) are the famous
institutes of technical and continuing education in Australia. The two
institutes have excellent cooperation with SSPU and have cultivated
hundreds of professionals since the cooperation five years ago.
The delegation also visited The University of Melbourne and The University
of Queensland in Australia. The members of delegation include Ji Zhixiang
from the School of Computer and Information¡¢Yang Renming from the School
of Foreign Languages¡¢Huang Weiming from the School of Humanities and so
on.
