The opening ceremony of “Libang Cup” seven-a-side football match of 2008 Shanghai Jinqiao export processing area was solemnly held at 9:10 on April 19 2008 in SSPU stadium. SSPU secretary of the Party Committee Xu Peili、president Hu Shougen and leaders from the Bureau of Society Development of Pudong New Area、Jinqiao Group General Corporation、Jinqiao Enterprise Association and so on attended the ceremony. President Hu Shougen delivered a warm speech on the ceremony.

 

    “The seven-a-side football match of Shanghai Jinqiao export processing area” is sponsored by Jinqiao export processing area enterprise association and undertaken by SSPU. It has got the prize of “Excellent cultural construction item in Pudong New Area”.

 

    The football match has been taken place in SSPU for five years. There are 32 brigades to take part in the match in 2008. The match will produce the championship brigade through 68 games by using group single round-robin and cross knock-out from April 19 to May 18 in SSPU.
